Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Debian Safaris’ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking and Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your safari departure date. Gorilla trekking permits must be paid in full upon booking.
All prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed with deposit payment. Prices may vary based on currency fluctuations and permit fee changes by Uganda Wildlife Authority.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Cancellations 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund
- Gorilla trekking permits are non-refundable once purchased
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation. Debian Safaris is not responsible for costs incurred due to trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.
Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for travel to Uganda, including vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in activities.
Liability
Debian Safaris acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. While we take every care to ensure quality services, we are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the total cost of your safari package.
Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, political situations, or wildlife movements. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal value.
